In unit 2 the lesson talked about accountability. After accumulating all the concepts on accountability a very simple concept comes forward. It is a very essential ingredient in the professional environment. There are several factors that play a silent role in maintaining the professionalism in workplace. Often in some matters accountability can become a crucial factor making the professionals more motivated to work.
